I have applied for KK Club Membership. Why am I not able to use all the Litter Box features?
If you have applied for KK Club membership your account needs to be successfully approved before your account is fully activated. Once approved you will be notified by email and your account will be fully activated.


How is my application vetted?
When you create your Killing Kittens account and log-in, make sure you upload photos of your and complete your profile fully as your KK profile will be considered during the process. If we need to ask you further questions we will message you internally via the website so please check your Inbox for any communications.


I have not received my 'Confirm Email' email
You must confirm your email address before you can log into your account. Click here to re-send your confirmation email.


How do I upgrade my account or apply to be vetted?
Simply log-in and go to the My Account section and you will see all the available upgrade options.
