Nudity Note: This is a seminar-style workshop and no play/nudity is involved. There will be exercises given during class/as homework but level of participation is down to what each individual feels safe and comfortable with. 

Discipline – the other D in BDSM that rarely gets spoken about. Discipline is an important part of creating a successful power exchange dynamic, and if you’re looking for some inspiration when it comes to training, disciplining and punishing your submissive partner, then this workshop is for you. 

We will be covering topics such as:

• How, when and why to punish your submissive 

• Creating rules and consequences 

• Punishment vs Funishment 

• Top tips, tricks and ideas for punishments 

• Do’s and don’ts of discipline and punishment 

• Aftercare 

This workshop is open to all, whether you’re single or in a relationship, and will leave you feeling confident in disciplining and punishing your partner as well as inspiring and empowering you to deepen your power exchange experiences.
