This workshop is for people who crave honest communication, authentic and passionate relationships that feel grounded and which fuel growth.

How do you create a relationship that is formed by what is important to you and your partner/s both inside and outside the bedroom? What makes some relationships more connected than others? How do we move beyond dysfunctional past relationships, and stop destructive patterns from repeating in new connections?

Most of us lack healthy examples and the knowledge of what it takes to build a connected, loving, and passionate relationship. This lack of role models, information, structure, and communication skills creates assumptions that:

a) A loving relationship and a thriving sex life should just happen when we meet “The One”™

b) Deep love either happens or it doesn’t

This in turn, leaves us wondering what is wrong when healthy love at times feels triggering, challenging, and hard, or if we struggle to create the kind of relationship we crave. 

This workshop will explore:

• What a conscious relationship is

• Common pitfalls that can lead to dysfunctional or unhappy relationships

• How to recognise and face your relationship fears

• How to understand what it is that you desire

• New ways to communicate and express yourself

• Where to begin with exploring pleasure, desire and sex

• How to keep passion alive in long term relationships

This is a workshop for singles and couples of all gender expressions and sexual orientations.

As dating, relationship and intimacy coaches, Asa and David encourage singles and couples to invest in their love life. They embody their teachings of raw communication, healthy sexual exploration, a hunger for learning and prioritising inner work as a way to grow as individuals and together.
