We tend to look outside ourselves for turn-ons, but understanding more about how our erotic mind works can be a route to hotter-than-ever sexual experiences!

Knowing our erotic minds, understanding what we need and why, and maintaining a truthful dialogue with ourselves is the bedrock on which all our sexual experiences should sit. But so many of us haven’t explored our inner worlds, learnt the science or examined our beliefs. This event gives you the opportunity to do so.

Sex life coach and erotic expert Ruth Ramsay will guide and support you in this workshop, where you will:

• Learn where your beliefs around sex come from
• Understand how this affects your erotic behaviour
• Appreciate the role stress has in sexual response
• Explore your ‘erotic blueprint’
• Decode your mind’s secret messages about your peak turn-ons

This is a guided self-coaching experience. You will receive a workbook to complete during the webinar, to begin creating your own unique roadmap to more pleasure.

Ruth Ramsay (she/her) is a sex educator and coach with a background as a striptease artist and erotic activist. Her dancing and campaigning took her from kink dungeons and Times Square penthouse parties, to care homes and the Houses Of Parliament. She now combines transformational coaching with her lived experience, supporting clients to deeply understand who they are erotically, what they need, and how to communicate this to partners. Her life’s mission is the recognition of sexual energy as a force for good.
